Repair, Replace & Install Water Heater Services You Can Trust.
No hot water, not enough of it, or a tank that’s leaking? We install, repair, and maintain tank and tankless water heaters — and we’ll give you the honest answer on whether yours is worth repairing or it’s time to replace it.
Hot Water,
Handled.
A water heater is one job where “just replace it” isn’t always the honest answer — and neither is “just repair it.”
Rusty or discolored water, popping and rumbling from the tank, water that never gets hot enough, a pilot that won’t stay lit, or water pooling at the base — these are the signs we see most. Some are a simple, worth-it repair (a thermocouple, an element, a valve). Others mean the tank is at the end of its life and you’re better off replacing it than pouring money into it. We tell you which one you’re looking at, with the reasons, and let you decide.
Our Services
From a quick repair to a clean new install — tank or tankless.
Repairs
Thermocouples, elements, valves, thermostats, leaks — if a repair is the right call, we make it and get your hot water back.
Replacement
When a tank is done, we replace it cleanly and to code — right-sized for your home, not just whatever’s on the truck.
Tankless Install
Endless hot water and a smaller footprint. We’ll tell you honestly whether tankless makes sense for your home before you spend on it.
Maintenance
Flushing and upkeep that extends the life of the unit you’ve got — so you replace it on your schedule, not on an emergency.
Water Heater Questions,
Answered Honestly
The things homeowners ask before a water heater job.
Should I repair or replace my water heater?
It comes down to age, the failure, and cost. A newer unit with a bad part is usually worth repairing; a tank past about 10–12 years that’s leaking or rusting is usually money better spent on replacement. We’ll look at yours and give you the honest call with the reasons — not just push a new unit.
Is tankless worth it?
For some homes, absolutely — endless hot water, lower standby loss, and space savings. For others, the upfront cost and any needed upgrades don’t pay off. We’ll tell you straight whether it fits your home and your usage before you commit.
My water heater is leaking — is that an emergency?
A leaking tank can become one fast. Shut off the water supply to the heater if you can, and call us — we offer 24/7 service. The sooner we look, the better the chance of avoiding water damage.
